The Chorus, Orchestra, & Theatre programs will head to Williamsburg, VA on our 2025 Spring Performing Arts Tour! If you are interested in attending this trip, please read the information listed below thoroughly.
Dates & Location: Friday, April 25-Saturday, April 26 - Williamsburg, VA

Note: Students will only miss one school day, Friday, April 25.
Cost: $375
Cost includes:
Bus transportation via Holiday Tours to, from and around Williamsburg, VA
1 night in hotel - 3-4 students per room (two queen beds per room)

THEATRE Eligibility
In order to be eligible to attend this trip with the theatre program, students must meet one of the following criteria:
The student was enrolled (or has taken) Technical Theatre II, Intermediate Theatre, Proficient Theatre, Honors Theatre, or was a Non-CTE Intern for Theatre during the 2024-2025 school year. For eligibility, the student has to have maintained at least a B-grade in their Performing Arts classes.
The student was involved in the fall play and passed all of their classes.
Note: we only have 25 spaces available for the entire theatre program. This means we will not be able to take every single student. Priority will be given to Seniors, then juniors, then sophomores, and then freshmen (we only have a few eligible freshmen).
If we have additional availability, we will open it to students currently involved in the Spring Musical that have passed all of their classed and/or made at least a B in their performing arts classes.
NOTE: If you are a Theatre & Chorus eligible student, please go through CHORUS. You do not need to fill out this form if you are going through the chorus.
Chaperones - MUST SIGN UP BY FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14
Chaperone Cost - $200
Please note that this is for a shared room with 1 other chaperone. If you would like your own hotel room please let us know and we can adjust the price accordingly.
If you are interested in assisting the directors by chaperoning our trip please fill out this Google form.
All chaperones will need to complete the WCPSS Volunteer Approval program. Ms. Hayes & Mrs. Santa Croce can help with this process later in the semester after the musical is done.
